What about those of us who already registered but were not selected? Do we need to apply again?

If you applied during the pilot or Phase One and were not selected, there is no need to reapply.

Simply log in to your account with your previous credentials and select your preferred course when the portal reopens.

Where is the training going to take place?

The One Million Coders programme will take place around the entire country, ensuring nationwide coverage and accessibility for participants from all regions of Ghana.

What is One Million Coders?

The One Million Coders programme is a transformative four-year initiative launched by the government of Ghana to train one million young Ghanaians in advanced ICT skills, fostering a robust digital workforce.

This initiative, spearheaded by the Ministry of Communications and Digital Technology Innovation (MoCDTI), in collaboration with the Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications (GIFFEC), the National Information Technology Agency (NITA), Ghana Digital Centre and the training and implementation partner, Ghana-India Kofi Annan Centre of Excellence in ICT (GI-KACE). The programme offers training benchmarked to international certification standards.
