A reputable Food Manufacturing Company located in the Tema Heavy Industrial Area has a vacancy for an EXECUTIVE DRIVER Position.

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for providing safe, efficient, confidential, and professional driving services to Management and authorized staff.
• The role involves ensuring that assigned vehicles are properly maintained, compliant with road regulations, and available for official duties. are

Driving and Transportation Duties

• Executive Safely transports Management, Board Members, staff, and official guests to designated locations.
• Drives defensively and complies with all road traffic laws and company safety regulations.
• Maintains strict confidentiality regarding passengers, company discussions, and official assignments.
• Vehicle Maintenance and Safety
• Conducts daily vehicle inspections before and after trips.
• Monitors servicing schedules and reports maintenance requirements promptly.
• Maintains accurate records of fuel consumption, mileage, and servicing. repairs, and incidents.
• Security and Professional Conduct
• Exercises discretion and confidentiality when handling executives and sensitive information.
• Neat appearance and good personal grooming

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Valid Ghanaian Driver’s License with at least Classes B and D.
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience as an Executive Driver in a reputable organisation.
• Experience driving senior executives and board members will be an advantage.
• Skills and Competencies
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism, and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.

Additional Requirements

• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be physically fit and medically sound
