• Building Technology: Real Estate Management (Estate/Facility Management)
• Quantity Surveying and Commercial Practice (Measurement & Estimating; Land Surveying)
• Building Services Engineering (Mechanical Engineering – Refrigeration & Air-conditioning)
• Environmental Management and Technology (Sustainable Water & Sanitation Management)

Faculty of Business and Management Studies (FBMS)

• Marketing (Digital Marketing & Business Analytics)
• General Studies (Law)

Non-Teaching/Administrative Positions

Assistant Registrar

• Master’s degree in Administration/Management; minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience at Junior Assistant Registrar level or equivalent.

Assistant Accountant

• Chartered Accountant with a Master’s degree in a relevant field; must be computer literate and proficient in accounting software.

Senior Procurement Assistant

• Bachelor’s degree or HND (Purchasing & Supply) with at least 4 years’ experience as a Procurement Assistant in a university or comparable institution.
