The CrossCulture Program 2027 in Germany (CCP Fellowships) is a fully funded exchange program for professionals and active volunteers from over 40 countries. It brings people together to learn, share ideas, and work on important social issues. The program lasts 2 to 3 months in Germany, and participants work with host organisations. They get real work experience, attend workshops and events, and build strong international networks that help them grow in their careers.
The German Federal Foreign Office funds this professional exchange fellowship, and ifa organizes it. The goal of the program is to support future leaders and change-makers who want to improve their communities and make a global impact. The CCP leadership program helps participants think beyond borders, understand different cultures, and learn new skills. It is a great chance to visit Germany for free, meet experts, and explore new ideas in a supportive environment.
The CCP Fellowship 2027 focuses on key areas such as policy and society, media and culture, human rights and peace, and sustainable development. Applicants must already be working in one of these fields and have experience in civil society or community work. This fully funded cultural exchange program in Germany gives participants the tools and confidence to solve real problems in their home countries. It helps them become stronger leaders who can create positive change both locally and globally
