- GES Intermediate Certificate in Plant Mechanic/Fitting,

SPORTSMEN.
In addition to satisfying requirements in general eligibility, applicants must have any of the following;
- Proven track record in a recognised sports discipline.

- Tennis Table
- Long Tennis,
- Volleyball,
- Athletics (Track & Field),
- Badminton
- Wrestling
- Martial Arts
- Bowling
Also:
- Meet GNFS physical standards.
- Pass a full medical examination.
- Exhibit discipline, good character, and team spirit.
- Pass sports-specific trials during recruitment.
- Shortlisted players or professionals will undergo justification in their respective sports disciplines.
- Applicants affiliated with clubs and actively participating in recognized Sports Association Leagues shall have an added advantage during the selection process.
BANDSMEN
- In addition to satisfying requirements in general eligibility, applicants must have a Diploma / Certificate in Music and satisfy the following;
Regimental Band
- Should be able to play more than one (1) instrument, including Clarinets, Bassoons, Flutes, Alto, and Tenor Sax.
- Should be able to read the staff notations.
- Should be good at every aspect of Percussion.
Dance Band
- Diploma / Certificate in Music
- Should be conversant with all types of songs as a Keyboardist.
- Must be able to sing all types of songs and back the songs as well as a Vocalist.
- Should be conversant with all types of songs as a Bass and Lead Guitarist.
