PROGRAMME AREAS AND LEVELS
Unilever offers multiple Apprenticeship Programmes across three main disciplines: Business & Technology, Research & Development, and Engineering.
These range from Level 3 to Level 6, allowing participants to pursue everything from foundational qualifications to degree-level certifications.

- Develop and implement campaigns across social media and online platforms while working toward a degree.
Project Management / Business & Data Administration
- Learn core business operations, improve workplace efficiency, and gain critical management skills.
Professional Accountancy
- Work within finance teams to manage and analyse data, develop strong accounting skills, and support business decision-making.
Data Analyst and Data Science
- Master data wrangling, analysis, and machine learning to drive business insights and innovation.
Digital & Technology Solutions
- Specialise in cyber security or consultancy, collaborating with major partners like Microsoft, Amazon, and SAP.
Chartered Management Degree
- Gain leadership experience across marketing, HR, and supply chain management while earning a degree.
