The 2025 FMN Engineering Graduate Trainee Programme, also referred to as the Exclusive Engineering Programme (TEEP), aims to develop the next generation of engineering leaders.

Participants will undergo comprehensive training, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects within FMN’s diverse operations.

To be considered for the programme, applicants must:

• Possess a first degree in any Engineering discipline from an accredited university or polytechnic.
• Have completed the mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Have 0–2 years of post-NYSC work experience.
• Hold any relevant professional qualifications or certifications (an added advantage).

The programme will focus on key areas critical to FMN’s operations:

• Manufacturing
• Production
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
