The Sunyani Technical University (STU) (formally known as Sunyani Polytechnic) is a public tertiary institution in the Bono Region of Ghana. It is located northeast of Asufufu.

NON-TEACHING POSITIONS.

Medical Director

Qualification:

• Applicant must hold an MB ChB or its equivalent.
• Must be a qualified Medical Doctor, duly registered by the Ghana Medical and Dental Council, and in good standing with an active pin
• Must have at least six (6) years of post-qualification experience, and must have practised in an institution of similar standing.

Quantity Surveyor

Applicant must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Professional membership or registration with a recognized body such as the Ghana Institution of Surveyors or the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in building and civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and cost control procedures.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying and project management software.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and construction regulations.
