To qualify for the AngloGold Ashanti (Ghana) Limited National Service Trainee programme, applicants MUST:

  1. Be a Ghanaian citizen.
  2. Be completing their tertiary education in 2026.
  3. Possess a tertiary qualification (Bachelor’s degree or HND) in any of the following disciplines:
  • Mining Engineering.
  • Geological Engineering/ Earth Science/ Geology.
  • Geomatics Engineering.
  • Metallurgical/ Mineral Engineering/ Material Science/ Chemical Engineering.
  • Chemistry.
  • Civil Engineering.
  • Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering.
  • Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Environmental Science/ Natural Resources/ Renewable Energy/ Agricultural Science.
  • Environment and Safety Engineering.
  • Safety and Health Management.
  • Doctor of Pharmacy/ Medical Laboratory Science/ Health Science.
  • Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ Information and Communication Technology
  • Security Management/ Cybersecurity/ Psychology/ Information Technology
