A reputable Food Manufacturing Company located in the Tema Heavy Industrial Area has a vacancy for an ARTICULATED TRUCK DRIVER

Job Purpose:

• Responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of cocoa products, raw materials, equipment, and other goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Operates articulated trucks safely and efficiently, transporting goods and materials.
• Conducts pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Reports accidents, incidents, breakdowns, and delays promptly.
• Maintains accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, trips, and delivery notes.
• Supports logistics and warehouse operations when required.

Qualification and Experience

• Minimum of Senior High School Certificate qualification. of equivalent
• Valid Ghanaian Driver’s License with Class F.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience operating articulated trucks.
• Experience in haulage, logistics, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.

Skills and Competencies

• Strong defensive driving and vehicle handling skills.
• Knowledge of articulated truck operations and maintenance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery deadlines.
• High level of integrity, discipline, and professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Additional Requirements

• Must have a clean driving record
• Physically fit and medically sound.
• Ability to undertake long-distance trips across Ghana.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety procedures,
