GES Establishes Regional Staff Helplines for Teachers and Education Workers.
The Ghana Education Service has announced the establishment of dedicated staff helplines across all regions of the country to improve communication and provide timely support to teachers and education workers.
In a directive issued on March 11, 2026, the Service informed all Regional Directors that the helplines had taken effect immediately.
According to the statement, the initiative is intended to strengthen communication between staff and the Service while providing a direct channel for addressing professional and administrative concerns.
Management of the Ghana Education Service explained that the helplines will allow staff to seek prompt assistance on issues related to their work, including administrative matters and professional concerns.
Regional Directors have been instructed to ensure that the helpline information is widely circulated and made accessible to all staff within their respective regions.

Regional Directors have also been directed to monitor the effectiveness of the helplines and provide periodic feedback to the GES Headquarters in order to support continuous improvement of the initiative.
Management expressed appreciation to regional offices for their cooperation in ensuring the successful implementation of the staff support system across the country.
