The Young Cultural Diplomacy Forum (YCDF) 4.0 Bali 2025, hosted by the Center for Strategy and Cultural Diplomacy (CSCD), is an international platform designed to connect passionate students, professionals, and emerging leaders from across the world.

Building on the success of past editions in Dubai, Doha, and Bangkok, YCDF Bali 2025 aims to redefine diplomacy through culture, art, and creative dialogue.

Set in the beautiful island of Bali, Indonesia, from December 18 – 20, 2025, this global forum offers participants a chance to explore the transformative role of cultural diplomacy in today’s interconnected world.

Degree Level and Fields of Interest

The YCDF Bali 2025 welcomes individuals from all academic backgrounds, particularly those pursuing or holding degrees in;

  • International Relations,
  • Political Science,
  • Cultural Studies,
  • Public Policy,
  • Communication,
  • Anthropology,
  • Arts and Humanities.

Both undergraduate and postgraduate students, as well as young professionals, are encouraged to apply.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To qualify for the Young Cultural Diplomacy Forum 2025, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Age Limit: Between 16 and 45 years old.
  • Nationality: Open to applicants from all countries.
  • Background: Open to students, early-career professionals, artists, and social innovators.
  • Commitment: Must demonstrate a strong interest in public diplomacy, intercultural exchange, and leadership development.
  • Innovation: Applicants should present creative ideas or initiatives promoting cultural understanding and collaboration.

Candidates are evaluated based on:

  • Their passion for public diplomacy and global cooperation.
  • Innovative ideas that promote intercultural dialogue.
  • Leadership potential and active engagement in social or cultural projects.
  • A demonstrated commitment to the goals of CSCD and sustainable cultural exchange.

Participants selected for fully funded opportunities will receive:

  1. Self-Funded Category ($650 per person)

  • Indicate Funding Preference: Choose between fully funded, partially funded, or self-funded categories.
  • Submit Documents: Provide necessary details showcasing your eligibility and alignment with YCDF’s mission.
  • Pay Registration Fee: A non-refundable $16.99 USD participation fee is required to process your application.
  • Wait for Selection: Successful candidates for funded categories will be notified via email.
  • Final Application Deadline: November 15, 2025
