Residents of Old Abirem in the Eastern Region were left in shock after skeletal remains were discovered in the home of Emmanuel Kofi, leader of the Jesus Power Church, sparking anger that led to his church being burnt down.

The discovery was first reported by a young man, identified only as Kwaku, who claimed he was led to the location through a spiritual revelation.
