CSSPS RESULTS RELEASE: KEY INFORMATION.
This is to inform parent, student waiting for 2025 school placement, SHS, and the general public that;
CSSPS Results Will be Out on Wednesday, September 17, 2025:
- You can check your placement on this day.
No Cutoff Points:
- Placement isn’t based on strict cutoff aggregates; it’s merit-based considering factors like BECE raw scores, school competitiveness, program demand and your choices.
Auto Placement or Self Placement:
- You might get auto placement or have the option for self-placement if not automatically placed in your chosen schools.
Everyone Entitled to Placement:
- Regardless of aggregate, you’ll get a school placement depending on choices and availability.

How to Check Your School Placement
- Visit the official portal: ( https://www.cssps.gov.gh/hub )*
- Enter your *10-digit BECE Index Number* + last two digits of exam year (e.g., 200000000025).
- Input your *Date of Birth*.
- Click *Sign in* to view and print your placement slip.
Important Notes
- Checking Placement is FREE.
- Placement considers factors like raw BECE scores, program competitiveness and choices.
- For issues, use the *CSSPS portal chat box* or visit Resolution Centres from September 16, 2025.
