Finance Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities.

  • Maintain robust cost systems to track materials, labour, and overheads.
  • Analyse product costing, margin opportunities, and pricing strategies to improve operational performance.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned with production targets
  • Manage cost accounting (raw materials, energy, labour, cost per ton)
  • Monitor and control manufacturing costs, variances, and plant performance
  • Oversee inventory accounting (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
  • Prepare financial reports and provide insights to support operational decisions
  • Manage cash flow and working capital for continuous production operations.
  • Ensure compliance, audits, and statutory reporting
  • Implement strong internal controls and risk management systems
  • Partner with operations to improve efficiency, cost reduction, and profitability

Requirements.

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting (Professional certification preferred ACCA/CA/CIMA)
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in the manufacturing or heavy industry
  • Strong background in costing, inventory management, and financial analysis
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel

HR Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities.

  • Lead and implement HR strategy aligned with business and production goals
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Drive performance management, discipline, and workforce productivity
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development for plant and office staff
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industrial regulations
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Promote a strong health, safety, and workplace culture within the plant environment
  • Support leadership in building a results-oriented and accountable workforce

Requirements.

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (Master’s/professional certification is an advantage)
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience, preferably in the manufacturing or heavy industry
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to manage workforce dynamics in a demanding operational environment
